How withdrawals work
- Open the cashier and pick Withdraw.
- Choose the method you deposited with.
- Enter any amount from C$30.
- Our payments team reviews the request — usually within the hour.
- The funds are sent to your card, wallet, bank or crypto address.
Verification
Before your first withdrawal we confirm your identity and address. Upload a passport or driver's licence plus a recent utility bill or bank statement in the secure document area. Most checks wrap up within 12 hours.
Crypto payments
We accept Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, USDT and USDC. In the cashier, pick your coin and network, then copy the wallet address or scan the QR code with your wallet app. Your deposit is credited after 1–3 network confirmations, and crypto withdrawals are usually paid within an hour of approval. Any network fee is charged by the blockchain, not by us.
Fees and limits
We never charge deposit or withdrawal fees. Your bank or wallet provider may add a conversion fee if your account isn't in CAD. Monthly withdrawal limits start at C$75,000 and go up with your account history.
